​We (Finland) have not published any 2 euro commemorative coin in 2019 and probably will not. There is some kind of agreement issue which prevent manufacturing.

Two commemorative 2-euro coins Finland will issue in 2019. The delay is caused because in 2018 the contract of the Finnish Ministry of Finance with the Suomen Rahapaja (Finnish Mint) for the Coinage of both circulation and collection coins issued in the country. Now, once the contest has been re-tendered and again the Suomen Rahapaja has been the winner, it is announced that on August 30 the program of numismatic emissions for this 2019 will be announced.
