Information on Chinese language token in Numista

The Numista catalogue entry https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces70795.html pictures a token in Chinese characters on reverse and a dragon and possibly an octopus on obverse. It is identified as a US token from 1910 but no information is given to justify that information. Does anyone know anything more about it or what the Chinese characters indicate? I have one of these and was amazed when a search for triangle returned it while dragon did not. Thanks for any information anyone can provide.
