committed coins

I wish there was a way when you are negotiating a swap that when it's selected it is somehow differentiated that it is not available if even on a temporary basis. I say this because I absolutely love to swap but it has gotten me into a pickle if both someones want the same coin. If there was a way to "flag" it that would be a sign that it was under negotiation or that it is being committed already. I hope I am making sense. Any ideas?

I uncheck the "Exchange" box for a  coin already committed for a swap and make little note for myself in the box for personal comments, something like "finished swap" or "swap with . . .". This way, the coin becomes invisible for other swappers, and in case our swap for some reason won't be completed, I can always return the coin back to exchange list by checking the "Exchange" box and removing personal comment. Hope this helps.  

I do the same thing. Remove it from exchange until a swap is completed, and re-add it if the swap is declined.
