For most of these coins you have enough information to look them up in the Numista catalog, and many of the entries have values listed.
If you can't identify them try the Coinsoscope app to get information and then look them up.
After that, ask question only for those coins you can't find values for.
For the 1961 ESSAI, my 2015 Krause says the value is $35 (and Numista says only 1200 made). But the hard part is actually finding the right buyer.

I can identify them, and here I could see if they are rare or not but didn't see nothing about values! I took a look on internet to see the value but there's so much different values and that make me even more confused!

Your first coin is
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces298.html . From looking at the Comments section on that page you can see you have the common large C variety.
Under Manage my collection you will see
1944 C 74,859,005 0.35 0.56 1.08 3.78 29% KM#902.3 (Castelsarrasin, large "C")
which includes a value estimate in four grades. No matter how generously you grade the coin isn't valuable.
