Help me swap

Hey.  I am brand new to this website, and I would like some help.  I have no clue of how to swap on this site.  I have already read the forum on it but am still confused.

You can click on 'Start a swap' on the left here. Then choose someone to swap with i.e. they have some coins you want. Ideally for your first time choose someone in the same country i.e. cheaper postage.

'I don't wish to get this coin' options nowadays on here.
  If you see a coin that you like, you can mark it so in a future swap it is easier to select those you want, or don't. It will either put a red heart or grey cross on a swap page. To do so, the choices are halfway down a coin page, below 'Manage you collection' - see that link I added 12 minutes ago.
  Here is what a swap page looks like - it shows the exchange coins of a member chosen at random ...



  Just to the right of those symbols are others - green dot means you do not have that coin at all; grey tick means you have the coin and that particular year; blue exclamation mark means you have the coin but not that particular year.

 I add that quote from myself, off a different Topic, just to show the useful hearts and crosses on here.

Thanks but I've already done that.  I guess I'm jumping ahead of myself.  I'll post when I need more help.  Thanks for helping though.

 first your collection has to grow a little bigger, then your swap list will also grow a bit, then you will find others
interested in your collection. then comes the swap.

 next against what you want, specify what exactly you like to have. coins and bank notes is too general a description. every one, here collects notes and coins. specify countries or time periods. that gives the potential swapper an idea of what you want.
