Rating swap [gelöst]

I tried to make a swap with a new member for just 2 banknotes. I also asked him to open a swap with a random coin from my list for us to be able to rate ourselfs afterwards. He was ok with sending first but I didn't receive anything. After a while I wrote him him that we should rate the swap no stars so we can close it without any harm to our ratings. I did it but he didn't not even after another message asking him to do that. Is there anyway somebody can fix that, deleting the swap or rating me?

I remember reading somewhere that if he never responds to the "open swap on the road" the swap will eventually expire and be considered closed without damage to your rating. 30 days or so perhaps? A team member would be better able to answer but I wouldn't worry too much if your partner is not communicating.

According to the statement in the profile page it's 45 days:

I had 2 exchanges so far where the partner "disappeared" and never gave feedback.
