Does anyone have a 1940 British India 1/4 Rupee? If so, what is the Diameter of your coin? 19 or 20 mm?

km548 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6555.html is 19.06mm from 1946
km548 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6555.html is 19.05mm from 1947

so as an average they are more 19 than 20 mm, so I would suppose that the km545 would also be nearer to 19 than 20 The measurements are of my coins, not from any catalogs!
