first number of the series is the last year of the year, or first 2 numbers
12xxxxxxx - 2012
6xxxxxxx - 2006

I got these notes while visiting Sweden in 2015, so according to your info the 50 Kroner note's date was 2017 which would be impossible.
These types of pages are senseless, you shouldn't need a catalog to enter a simple banknote.
If you have variants that are not obvious like actual dates you have to describe them in the line or at least in the comment box.

There are only 64 and 65 a, b and c ... is this one of the case where non existing Pick numbers were imported straight from f'n colnect?

64a - Signature Lars Heikensten : (200)4
64b - Signature Stefan Ingves : (200)8
64c - Signature Stefan Ingves : (201)1

65a - Signature Urban Bäckström : (200)1; 2
65b - Signature Lars Heikensten : (200)3
65c - Signature Stefan Ingves : (200)6; (200)8; (200)9; (201)4

So for your 50 you have 64c but your 100 would indicate 2000 and this would either be a 57b or a non cataloged 65a?
The first digit gives you the year. I can't see the signature on the 100 note but I am 99% sure is Urban Backstrom, so the year is 2000 and P-57. The other one is 64c indeed.
The 100 kronor note is (201)0.
