2013-2019 "Europa" Issue - How to define to which country a note printed

I noticed that 2013-2019 "Europa" Issue the first letter is matched to a Bank (in previous Series (2002), the first letter was matched to a Eurozone country)

For example 10 euro note (2013) with Serial # prefix: F (A) was printed in
Oberthur Fiduciaire AD, Sofia. How to define to which country this note printed?

​Sorry, but you did not understand my question and your answer is not correct for 2013-2019 series.
The first letter in Europe Series does not mean Country anymore - it is where the note was printed.

For example 10 euro note (2013) with Serial # prefix: F (A) was printed in
Oberthur Fiduciaire AD, Sofia. (Bulgaria) and Bulgaria is not in eurozone.

But for which country the note were printed. That's what my question. Thanks.

Yes, no national central banks anymore just printing works supplying them. For example R and W supply German, Lithuanian and Latvian central banks according to THIS site.

​Thanks for your reply. As I supposed, no any signs on the notes which would point out to which country they are prinred. But why.? What was the reason to change the coding of prefix.. That's interesting question..
