Are the administrators of this site going to do something about this collector. If this is not done, then they are failing to follow their own rules.
This will not bode well with other collectors if this is allowed to continue.
Only 214 members have read this forum page, whereas there are thousands of members who have not, thus could be using this unscrupulous member.
Now do we get him removed as both of his membership names are still available.

I'm not sure Numista forcefully removes user accounts. Both accounts have been flagged with a warning so anyone starting a swap or responding to one will see it. If anyone wants to proceed with a swap it's still their choice. If there was a coin I really would love to have on this user's swap list, I'd start a swap but request him/her to send first and only fulfill my side of a swap upon receiving the coin(s). Safe for me and would allow this user to prove that he/she can be trusted. Well, one successful swap won't to the magic obviously but still it is up to every user to evaluate and act accordingly.
I don't know about this warmapper, but rest assured Kuna is a real person. I have many successfull transactions with him. Just thought I clear this up.

Thank you, wouldn't want to think ill of someone for no reason.
I know he is the referee for Croatia because I have taken time to look. I just hoped a senior administrator would contact him, so he would inform this forum that he has this reported exchange with you.
Irrespective of the above, you did break Numista rules and some form of punishment should have been implemented.
The message on your profile page should remain in place for at least 12 months. Your second profile page should be removed.
The erroneous feedback should be removed.
This should happen to you as a warning to you and any other member who might think of doing a similar thing.
I still cannot believe it either.
If a member who tries to sell something, but does not have the prescribed amount of feedbacks, it is removed instantly.
Double standards gets us nowhere.
Verweis : "AshsCollectablesStore"Still can't believe nothing has been done about this yet.
Hello,
A warning has been added to the swap page. That's the standard process in case of strong suspicion or proof of dishonest use of the swap system of Numista.
I never deleted an account, even for the worst scammers. I don't see how this can be any useful, as long as people can technically create as many accounts as they want. I prefer working in making those accounts as inoffensive as possible, and the swap warning (for issues with swap) or banning (for issues on the forum) are some ways to achieve this goal.

This means the scammers are running this website.

You could get the website host to IP ban people, I already read that this website records the IP addresses from users anyway.

Apart from the fraudulent feedback and multiple accounts, there's also the small matter of trying to pass off circulating pocket change as "extremly rare"(sic).
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.
Make Numismatics Great Again!
Verweis : "AshsCollectablesStore"Beats doing nothing about people trying to cheat the system and breaking the ToS without consequences.
I'd suggest to stop "beating the dead cow". The warning is there! So please don't say that Numista is "doing nothing". Remember that there are all kinds of people form all over the world, of different ages, traditions, values here on Numista. I don't want to exist in a world where one mistake leads to capital punishment (figuratively speaking obviously). Some may wish for more to be done but Xavier is at least consistent in his approach to this.
Sorry to say this, but Xavier is wrong at this time.
The guy DELIBERATELY CHEATED, so something serious should be done about it.
By all means, leave the warning against his account, but at least remove the other account and the fraudulent feedback.
I feel doing nothing is giving out the wrong message to honest members.
The problem is if you delete both accounts there's nothing at all to prevent someone from just creating a new one. It's a fact that most scammers will actually delete their own accounts once the negative feedback begins to build up. So it's not really a punishment to do so and it gives the opportunity to start a new round of scams with no warning and no bad feedback.
Let's be clear, there's no actual proof that this guy is an actual crook. Sure there's a lot of sketchy behaviour and I for sure wouldn't trade with him, but he hasn't stolen anything so far and has made no attempt to do so. The warning prevents him from ever using the swaps and trades forum again and it will remain for all to see. Anyone who chooses to ignore the big red warning has only himself to blame when things go pear shaped. I reckon that's penalty enough.

Sure there's nothing to prevent them making new accounts, but if you don't do anything about the accounts then there have nothing to stop them at all. If you delete enough of their accounts they're more inclined to give up, just doing nothing isn't going to help one bit. It's better to do something than to do nothing at all.

Verweis : "WarMapper"Guys, i wouldnt try to scam anyone, i am a gold person. Im not even 18! Im just a begginer. I was just curios to se what would happend. I am sorry.
Best Regards, WarMapper
Im sure you have good intentions but it's no excuse for ignoring the Terms of Service just because you're not even 18. When you join the site you agreed to follow the rules.
Verweis : "Ben-jamin"Seems to me that WarMapper should delete his second account, and we should cut him some slack. Most people don't read those terms of agreement.
I see his second account is still active. When is he going to learn? He is not even trying to put right, the wrongs he did.
We all, sometimes make a mistake, but we endeavour to put it right. If he wants anyone, and it will never be me, to swap with him, he needs to seriously change his attitude to his fellow members.
You deliberately cheated, which you admitted doing, so if you want to move forward on this website, you should have the decency to remove the second account.
just move your coins onto your initial account.
With all of the bad press you have been getting, I will be surprised if anyone will swap with you. I know you stated Kuna will do so, and am surprised this has not been done as you both live in the same country.I
