Hi, I don't understand the size of the serial number. The options to choose from, at my banknotes, that small (17mm) or big (19mm). But mines are 30mm (500 dong, 1000 dong).
Does it rather want to be the size of the year?

The sample note digits 5375987 are around 19mm wide so it's about the serial number DIGITS ... like it's written in the comments.
