Firstly, we need British rulers from 1874. Secondly, we need to be careful with the dates for EIIR. Fiji became a republic in 1987 (http://www.archontology.org/nations/fiji/01_polity.php) but continued to put EIIR on the coins and notes until 2012.

Verweis : "BCNumismatics"Fiji has only had coins since 1934.
Fiji needs to be divided into Colony of Fiji (1874 - 1970), Dominion of Fiji (1970 - 87), & Republic of Fiji (since 1987).
Aidan.
Why bother when we have the monarchs up to 1987?

It is important to include the constitutional status of Fiji at the time Fiji's coins were being struck.
Queen Elizabeth II was Queen of Fiji from 1970 to 1987.
We don't indicate this for other countries. For example, there's only one entry for Victoria in Canada, despite the change from Province to Dominion in 1867. Given how many countries are still lacking any ruling authorities, surely it makes sense to get the principle information in, then fine tune where appropriate?
