Looking For Some Veteran Insight

This one has had me all over the map with what and why 30 year-old coin appears in the condition that it does.  Nunmista.com was not able to identifier on other sites identified as P 94 – D Washington quarter. If anybody has a professional opinion please, would you consider this thing talk out of the gutter or is this just a truly a bad minted circulation coin? 
 

 Last, please understand that the clarity of the images are precisely the clearly that I am looking at. This is not out of focus nor are they bad pictures. What you see in the attached images, is what I am physically looking at in my hand.

How can one possibly know what this coin has been through in it life? It does not take an expert to know that this is simply environmental damage of some type to  a very common U.S quarter. Yes,  even sitting in a gutter for some time is one possibility. I am not sure why the specifics are important here..

Can you screenshot the coin page N#429264 you're trying to get published in the Numista catalog?  I'm trying to understand why you think it's worthy of its own page.

I don’t think it’s worthy of anything. I was just trying to understand the level of destruction this coin shows and through every platform that I tried to identify this specific coin, results were different each time. 
 

The last upload advised me it was a 1994 US 25 Cent piece and that is all I know. I cannot make out any detail on the coin with the exception that it an extremely blurry $0.25 US Washington quarter. Admittedly and humbly, I have a collection approaching 4000 coins and approximately 2500 Banknotes from 64 different countries. I have collected for years but only since approaching my retirement I decided to try to start understanding this numismatic world that much of you are Educated in and have a quick eye identify something unique. I know that I have a lot of work to do. Through  my research, I recently discovered that this might be a good forum to have conversation and just get some feedback from those of you that have need at this for a long time. My only hope by joining and communicating, was to read as much as I could and educate myself, and then if I couldn’t identify something I have , I understood I was able to ask a simple question, yeah nothing in what I have read told me to ask you a question with result being treated like a five-year-old while being attacked what I have and has not read.  I thought community forums were meant for conversation and education, not to be bullied and criticized as a joke. These Cowboys behind their keyboards with their knowledge of coins and currency, whatever they know about that, I would love one opportunity to set that coin knowledge aside and go up against me cognitively with their behavior. I can assure you sir, I am not five years old, I am highly educated, and I’m the farthest thing from stupid that these people have ever met. Although my research did proof me wrong, as numista.com Nothing more than a Facebook or a TikTok or an Instagram for a little boys that like coins. And with that, I just simply terminate my account and find apply for elsewhere that might want an adult dialogue.

What I had submitted, I thought was a general submission by providing as much detail as I possibly could and then believed I was submitting the details that I did know in hopes that someone knowledgable, possessing some level of professionalism would then respond and tell me what I was looking at.

It's what we call a pmd. Post Mint Damage. Coin. On top of that it's very circulated

Asking you to explain yourself, what you're seeing that we may be missing is part of “adult conversation” and is in no way equal to saying anything about your intelligence.  If you should still remain part of this community (and I hope you do) I hope you'll understand why I will choose not to participate with any response to your questions.
