I have a doubt regarding this note. Mine appears to be dated 2019/8/5 but I cannot find it listed.

Two things…

1. The date in Numista 2019-Aug-06 is wrong or the year line for 2019-Aug-05 is missing.

2. #1 won't matter since most of the year lines are being moved. Your banknote is moving here:

Yes it does. I only know what I see on the banknote page.  Someone has plans to consolidate the year lines. I assume the year lines with ND will have the ND removed but best to ask the referee or Admin what is going on.

You are correct and I will look into fixing it. the problem with Egyptian bank notes they have lots of dates, they change the date with every change in prefix, and for the current note for instance you have like more than 388 prefix, (i.e. this means around 388 lines not to mention replacement notes), that is why the lines were combined. However having ND is obviously not correct, therefore I suggest changing the way of combining lines to every year (i.e. each year has a line).
