I could post a 1685 Brandenburg 1/12 thaler to keep the thread moving, but that would be double-posting or back-to-back posting.
Perhaps we could wait a week, and you post it if nothing's come up by then? Or something reasonable like that.
I have a 1685 halfcrown, but I think it still needs imaged.

That is not how the game works. You have to post your own pictures. And even if it would be your coin in the coin sheet, which it's not, you still have to post your picture here. No links.
Er, yes, I know that, was looking quickly for my pictures to add, as I do own that coin.
Cannot find them right now, got to go out, so I already deleted my entry. Happy? B.
If someone else has 1626 they can add it, otherwise I will re-find my coin and make new pictures tonight.

EDIT: Still looking tonight - will try in daylight tomorrow. But yes ngdawa you can have 1626. :)

Apologies. At last I found the bag (of 1600's coins) and it was not in there - so I must have gotten it recently and not yet tidied up, like I do occasionally. In that all recently acquired coins go in a bag, then when that is full into another, and so on. Hundreds of coins in dozens of bags. So in next tidy up should find it - hopefully. How annoying - I know I have that coin, somewhere.

But we are all so nice and courtois that you will have time to find or make pics of your coin.
Besides that, the Ferdinand II coins are a bit boring after a while :D and there are plenty.

It's also if someone new cones here and thinks he can just link to different Numista pages.

I have 1626 as well (been waiting since my last post of 1715, on 19-Oct-2017). Do you wanna share it with me? 0:)

Hello
For 1625, a Dreipolker from Brandenburg

Sorry for the mistake. I posted 1624 too early :°
Quand l'Histoire et la Géographie se croisent sur nos pièces de monnaie ...
Not sure what happened to 1625...but I think I can get you all 1623 and then 1622 as well as 1620, I don't generally participate in this, but I check in on it occasionally, would be tomorrow evening before I can get a picture and I don't recall how legible either of those dates are.
1624 -- Poland, 3 groschen:

Looks like the next unreserved dates are 1621 and 1618.

We already have reservations for 1623, 1622 (x2), 1620, 1619, 1612, 1548, 1508, and 1481.
I'd like to reserve 1621 when we get there.
Verweis : "jim275"I'd like to reserve 1621 when we get there.
you can't really reserve a date, you just have to be active and hope you'll get here in time..but if we get stuck it can be good to know if someone has the date or not..
I wasn't trying to reserve anything, just saying I can help with those dates if you guys are stuck. If anyone has the 3 dates I mentioned go ahead. I guarantee yours will be nicer than mine.

apologies for a bad phone picture, just trying to help you all move along. Someone else had dibs on 1622 so I'll let them post that and I can do 1620 if needed.
Glad to see the thread rolling along! We could actually break into the 16th century this time!
Hello,
I suggest that we post as many "1600" coins as possible so that we can all show ours.
There should not be that many :)

The only problem is that the page would take a whole day to load. :P It's already really really slow.
I hope that perhaps next year we start one where we just do one year per day and many people can post each year if they like. Either the thread would have to be broken up every 500 or so posts or many forums combat excessive numbers of images with spoiler tags and then people can click on each post to reveal the picture if they choose to and I believe that solves the loading problem too.

I'll give the other person with the 1622 a few days to post theirs before I do.

Or if it's possible to just clear a thread of its posts, we just have to remain the thread from eg How far back can we go? The Sequel - 2018-1918 to How far back can we go? The Sequel - 1917-1817 (or how many years we now can fit) and so on. It that case we don't have to fill the forum with this.

Most other forums break up long threads into many shorter pages, to get around this problem.
